Madeleine Kurtz practices primarily in the areas of domestic relations and general civil litigation. Ms. Kurtz is admitted to practice before all state courts in Tennessee.
Ms. Kurtz earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a Minor in French from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She received the highest award given to incoming freshmen at MTSU, the Buchanan Fellowship, and graduated magna cum laude a year early. She also graduated from the MTSU Honors College where she participated in the Italian literature study abroad program and won second place for her final thesis presentation.
Ms. Kurtz received her Juris Doctor from Belmont College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. There she excelled in Trial Advocacy and writing legal treatises. Ms. Kurtz is devoted to helping her clients and is a tireless advocate for justice and zealous representation. She joined the law firm of Patton | Pittman in 2022.
A longtime Middle Tennessean, Ms. Kurtz is proud to call Clarksville, Tennessee home.
