
Catherine Cheney is an associate attorney at Patton & Pittman, practicing primarily in the areas of domestic relations, estate planning, and general civil litigation. Ms. Cheney graduated from the University of North Georgia with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Biology. During college, Ms. Cheney served as vice president of the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity UNG chapter, as well as president of North Georgia’s IHSA Equestrian Team.
Ms. Cheney received her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, graduating second in her class. Ms. Cheney earned top performance awards in Evidence, Legal Writing and Research, Constitutional Law, Agency and Employment, and Arbitration and Writing. Mrs. Cheney is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and Tennessee.
Mrs. Cheney and her husband, who is in the Army, live in Clarksville with their daughter.
